OPTIMUM Seville Fair!
May 5-8th, 2025 - Seville, Spain

Lights, color, excitement, horse shows, and flamenco —it’s the Feria of Seville, baby!

Seville’s biggest celebration and one of the most iconic festivals in all of Spain.

Declared a Festival of International Tourist Interest, the Feria is one of those events you just can’t miss.
The whole city gets dressed to the nines (guys rock their suits, ladies slip into those gorgeous flamenco dresses

), and the vibe is electric.
Locals and visitors from all over the world alike are out enjoying the music, the food, and the infectious atmosphere.

It all kicks off on May 5th Monday night with the Noche del Pescaíto

, where fish is the dish of the night,
and then everyone heads to the Feria’s main entrance to watch the lights go on.
And once those lights are up, it’s on!

Expect flamenco dancing, parades with horses and carts, and fairground rides for both kids and big kids alike.

While other Spanish cities like Cordoba and Malaga have their own ferias, Seville’s takes it to another level.
It’s more exclusive, though—most of the casetas (those little marquee bars where the partying happens) are private, belonging to families or groups of friends.

Our caseta is the Ybarra one! It’s one of the most important and exclusive, because José María Ybarra, along with Narciso Bonaplata, founded the Feria,
and there’s a painting in the caseta that commemorates it. It’s going to be so much fun!

If you’re into bullfighting

— or even if you’re not —the Feria is also a prime time to check out a bullfight at the Maestranza Bullring,
where some of the season’s most famous bullfighters show off their skills.

And, of course, food!!!

This is the perfect time to dig into Seville’s most iconic dishes: fried fish served in paper cones and papas aliñás (a super tasty potato salad).
All washed down with a rebujito —a refreshing mix of manzanilla sherry and white lemonade

It’s so popular that over a million and a half bottles of sherry are consumed every year!

We are proud to announce the distinguished role of our OPTIMUM Elite Club WATER GLOBAL AMBASSADOR and CENTURION member Briyidt Ripamonti as the official organizer and co-hosting committee at "The Water Pavilion" during COP 16 in Cali, Colombia, from October 21 to November 1.

Briyidt Ripamonti will be hosting "The Water Dialogues" under the esteemed representation of the Colombian National Police and the newly inaugurated Colombian Water Police, led by the honorable General William Rene Salamanca.

As part of this initiative, our Strategic Alliance Partner SOS Water Global Initiative and NEARCTIC will establish a permanent alliance to support the Water Police and the Carabinieri Department in their mission to protect and safeguard Colombia's vital water reservoirs.

Her potential for self-improvement and her courage to overcome obstacles have enabled her to build a powerful and trustworthy network where every individual feels safe, respected, and valued.

Her dream is to establish an orphanage to care for these children and safeguard their rights.

The loss of her mother to cancer in 2003 profoundly impacted her, compelling her to view the world from a new perspective.

As a testament to her awareness and generous spirit, Nada has composed a remarkable poem specifically for the members of OPTIMUM Elite Club.

This gesture supports our mission to aid underserved women in Mexico and Latin America by providing access to early breast cancer diagnosis, thereby contributing to saving lives.
Breast cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related deaths globally, and her contribution significantly advances our cause.

As she states, “Helping underserved women gain access to quality cancer healthcare will enhance their quality of life and improve survival rates.”
